Office Coordinator Position: (25-28 hours per week) - The person for this position will be responsible for the daily office operations, budget management, and grant reporting status. Must demonstrate commitment to high professional ethical standards and have experience with QuickBooks & Excel and have the ability to learn how to use Donor Software, Auctria, and/or other fundraising platforms. College degree preferred or equivalent experience. Previous Office Management experience preferred but not required. Office hours are Mondays - Thursdays, 9a - 4p, with some occasional evenings and weekends as needed.

Adult learners are provided one-on-one or small group tutoring services for free in the sixteen northwest Chicago suburban communities we serve.
