BOSS OF THE TOSS - Charity Cornhole Fundraiser
Join The Literacy Connection's Board of Directors for a fun-filled afternoon on Saturday, June 13, 2026, from 11a - 4pm as teams compete for this year's "Boss of the Toss" championship at Elgin's American Legion located at 820 N. Liberty St.
Game signup ends at 11:45am and Bags Fly at 12pm. There will be cash prizes and a 50-50 Raffle.
Tickets and Sponsorships will be available for purchase on Monday, May 4th. Check back soon!

PAST EVENTS
We just completed our 2nd annual Poetry & Literacy Festival on April 25, 2026. We had so much fun bringing our community together to enjoy poetry and to celebrate literacy. This past September was our 2nd Annual Resource Fair, and we were happy to see so many new and familiar faces. Thanks to all who participated and donated! Your support helps adult learners achieve their literacy goals.
